We'll ship your order quickly by UPS so you can finish the job!

  • Do you have a real store? What are the hours?

Yes, we have a store and warehouse where we prepare and ship your order in Wilson, North Carolina.

Store Hours: Walk-in Counter Sales, Shipping and Receiving hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  est. 

  • Are you PCI Compliant and is my information secured?

Yes, we are PCI Compliant and our website and office are scanned routinely to ensure that there are no issues. We utilize a 3rd party merchant services vendor for processing all of our web orders, so your information is secured with an internationally respected service provider.   

  • Do you have a minimum purchase amount?

Yes.

  • How do I check previous orders and/or tracking number information on your site?

After logging in, you will have access to all of your order information as well as your tracking number information.

  • Where do you ship?

We ship via UPS to the continental United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box, we will contact you for a street address.
